Submission Guidelines for Comic Writers…
|
Well, I’m working on updating the submissions category in the resource database over at Scryptic Studios, so I thought I’d toss out a preliminary listing of what I have. These links come from my bookmarks, from searching through the current Previews for publishers, and from my old Breaking Out! newsletter (and yes, some of those 3-year old submission guideline links look like they’re still valid). Here’s the results from the first pass through (this list is primarily for writers… the final list I put together will address submission guidelines for pencillers, inkers, colorists, and letterers as well as places that take submissions for proposals). • Marvel I have some others, but I’m doing a little more research on those publishers. If any writers out there are interested in doing any comics translation work (Japanese, German, or Spanish to English), I have a couple listings for those as well that I could post… just let me know. |

Just found this post.
I’m an artist/writer based in Japan.
Just curious if you’ve made any updates to this list, and you mentioned something about Japanese translators. I would like some more info if you have any available.
Cheers!
